Real estate champion
From the start Shane was incredibly knowledgeable and completely transparent about what we could achieve with our property and how we would go about it. Rather then use every real estate trick in the book, Shane advised us what tools to implement such as certain photography techniques and different levels of staging which ensured we not only achieved a high return, but minimized expenses. He also liaised with various other agencies to accomplish this on our behalf, including a landscaping services to keep the lawns and plants well manicured during the sale/inspection process. Shane’s dedication to selling our house is unmatched as he continually went outside his hours and opened the property up multiple times for potential buyers, including a Sunday morning. This dedication saw our property sold within two weeks, and achieve a sale that exceeded our expectations. Overall Shane is an easy going, knowledgeable and sincere agent who isn’t overbearing or unrealistic. He cares about his clients and the results he gets for them and was an absolute pleasure to have had him as our agent.

Home purchase made easy
Mark was open, honest and delivered on what he promised. He returned phone calls promptly and any request wasn’t a problem and was dealt with efficiently. The office staff were friendly and obliging.
