Very accommodating and excecional to deal with.
Troy was very friendly and a real pleasure to work with. He was very understanding and a great negotiator with excellent people skills. I can not recommend him and his team highly enough. I would most definitely use Troy and his fantastic team again.

Fantastic. A professional who knows his "stuff"
Am i permitted to say "bullshit", well i'm going to anyway. There is absolutely no "bullshit" with Andrew. From our first sit down with him in our home, the entire family felt comfortable. We didn't bother to contact any further agents as Andrew's approach and plan of action felt like the perfect match. Andrew had obviously done his homework as the end result was spot on. The communication between Andrew, us and his team was also outstanding. We have already recommended Andrew to a potential seller.

Good agent though would help to communicate better
Shane was very friendly, timely professional and well informed at time of home inspection. We weren't sure why our calls were not answered but we respected his process of replying to sms msg even if it means we needed to wait little while for responses. We suspect there may have been valid reasons but it wasn't clear to us at time of our bids. Can't complain too much overall as once we realised we were successful with our bid the process thereafter with Emma was seamless who was outstanding.
