Wendy understood the market very well and having listened patiently of our expectations provided reasonable appraisal of the property. She provided regular update to us with visitor feedback, value added with suggestions on how to handle tenant and prepare the place for inspection. Handled both overseas and local buyers well. She provided honest opinions to both buyers and sellers I felt. The final agreed price was ideal end of the vendor range.
