From the outset, it was a pleasure to work with Phil, as apart from his affable manner, he had a clear strategy around the marketing and sales process for the apartment. Living in Europe meant that having an agent with a good communications focus was always going to be very important and Phil did a great job of reporting back on the enquiries he'd received, the viewings he had undertaken, so that I always had a good overview of where we were in the process and how things were going. Even in a slow market, he never lost his focus and actively pursued every single enquiry. Once we had a potential buyer, Phil was also very proactive in pulling together the paperwork and related reports in order facilitate a quick and smooth closing of the sale transaction. There was genuinely no part of the process which wasn't handled with the highest level of professionalism.
