Phillip Clarke was amazing and professional all the way. At the beginning he came with a clear and well put together presentation. He new the market extremely well and offered expert advice as to what the asking price should be. He went well beyond the call of duty in many ways. As we were overseas during most of the campaign, he agreed to deal with the various renovations required to ensure that the apartment presented at its best. He coordinated on our behalf the new carpet laying, plumber, electrician. His communication skills were outstanding. He responded to all our emails the same day, often within hours and even in the evenings. He accomplished every task he said he would in the most timely manner. He was faultless, efficient, extremely professional. We would recommend him very highly.
