Phillip made selling our apartment a breeze. He originally helped us purchase the apartment years ago, and it was great to have him assist with the sale when the time came. Professional, responsive, and knowledgeable, he guided us through the entire process and secured a great result. Highly recommend!

Phillip Clarke was amazing and professional all the way. At the beginning he came with a clear and well put together presentation. He new the market extremely well and offered expert advice as to what the asking price should be. He went well beyond the call of duty in many ways. As we were overseas during most of the campaign, he agreed to deal with the various renovations required to ensure that the apartment presented at its best. He coordinated on our behalf the new carpet laying, plumber, electrician. His communication skills were outstanding. He responded to all our emails the same day, often within hours and even in the evenings. He accomplished every task he said he would in the most timely manner. He was faultless, efficient, extremely professional. We would recommend him very highly.

Nicholas has an uncanny understanding of the property market in its current economic landscape. He is soft spoken and is a 'people person', which is perfect for his role as my agent. I would be remiss if I did not mention his hard work and the extra mile in assisting me in the whole process and even after sale. It has been a great stressless experience having Nicholas and his team (Yvette) overseeing the sale of my unit and would recommend him to anyone.
