Despite significant time pressures to get the house to market, Chris was instrumental in sourcing stylists late notice, managing weather and photographers to get a beautiful shoot done and flawless marketing campaign live on time. An impressive feat. Chris works hard for you and will not leave any stone unturned in getting the best price for you. He consistently gave good advice, appraised us of competitors, buyers and his strategy to sell for us. His knowledge of the Northbridge market and communication is outstanding. We were so fortunate to have had Chris as our agent. It was a difficult property to sell as it was a pair of run down semis on one title on a main road. Chris tried developers first before putting the property on the market. He constantly went back to the developers trying to interest them but finally sold the property upon advertising. The add Chris put up was well worded and he chose great photos. Chris worked very hard and always kept us informed of any progress. He gave us great advice on how to proceed. He is the most delightful man to deal with. Aways available when we rang and most accommodating. I highly recommend Chris. You could not do any better.
