We purchased a property at auction through Richardson & Wrench's Chris Downie. He was great to deal with. Courteous, flexible, friendly and professional, he knew what he was doing. He said what he'd do and did what he said. Transaction went smoothly and there were no issues, despite the fact that both the vendor & buyer had very different ideas of where they wanted to be price wise ;-).
