Although Conor was engaged as the sellers agent, he made me feel as though he was working for me. At no point did he try to pressure a sale & he made the process comfortable for me, something I really appreciated as I was a first time buyer. Conor was professional, polite & above all honest. Conor is a complete joke and is driven purely by greed. Terrible communication skills and people skills for a principal let alone a real estate agent. Constantly lies and fabricates stories. I would put more trust in a shonky used car salesman.

First let me congratulate Conor and his team on a wonderful result when selling our family home at 17 Fawcett Street, Ryde. In an uncertain market we achieved what can only be described as an outstanding result for all concerned. From the beginning of the process Conor stood out as the best choice we could have made when choosing an agent to handle the sale, he was professional but approachable and always kept us updated on the whole process. After each open house Conor supplied feedback on the numbers and interest shown. A great marketing move by Conor was to move the auction forward a week, this achieved our goal of securing the best return I could of hoped for. On the day of auction the number of interested parties far exceeded the numbers I was expecting and I put this down to the marketing undertaken by Richardson and Wrench, Conor himself put in a great amount of personal commitment even to the stage of having extra open houses on Sunday's and night times during the week, it was a very professional and impressive campaign. I also must say Peter Baldwin (the auctioner) did a great job and was highly professional, I recommend when you use Conor to sell a property you must use Peter Baldwin to conduct the auction. The 2 worked so well together it was refreshing to watch. As a result of using Conor as the agent to sell our house I have no hesitation in recommending his services in the real estate industry if you are selling.

We found Conor to be helpful and supportive from the initial inspection to the day the contracts were exchanged. He made the effort to open the property for us when we needed and communicated with the vendor where we required further detail. His communication was efficient and honest which we found greatly contributed to our decision to quickly move on the property. My wife and I have been trying to buy for nearly 2 years. It has been a long hard journey attending countless open homes and auctions which has given us a reasonable understanding of how the industry works. We have dealt with quite a few agents and have to say, we had developed an attitude that nobody can be trusted. (Stories include being ensured that we will be successful, to go ahead with building inspections and solicitor look over the contract, expense!! Only to find out that there are higher offers). Then we inspected our apartment and met Conor who is just a ‘down to earth’ gentleman who was very understanding of our mistrust and made us feel very comfortable and confident to communicate in his presence. On a professional basis he laid all the facts out on the table so we knew where we stood through the whole process of purchase, calling us immediately with any changes and instantly answering his phone with any enquires we had.
