We recently sold our unit and although Nick was not our "local" agent, we didn't want to use anyone else. He looks at each sale on its own merits and tailors a program specific to what he believes will work best in that area, price range and target market rather than just repeating the same thing for each property and seeing if it works or fails like some other agents do. The sales strategy that he presented to us was very impressive. Nick always kept us in the loop, gave us feedback after every open house and would give us recommendations on how to pick up interest when the enquiry wasn't as strong as we had hoped. He never gives you false hope - his estimate at the appraisal was right on the money and he put his negotiation skills to work, pulling an extra $25K out of the purchasers. Without a doubt I would recommend Nick to anyone looking to sell their property and we will most definitely continue to use and trust Nick for all of our property ventures in the future.
