We, being the first home buyer had very little knowledge about the process. We found him honest and trustworthy through his extremely professional behavior.

Roy & his Team are a joy to work with, they worked around the clock to execute a quick sale on our home and secured a phenomenal price! Roy then went above and beyond to assist my family finding a suitable rental to ensure a smooth transition from one property to another. We can't thank or recommend Roy & his Team at R&W enough! Thank you!

Yvonne made selling my father's property easy. While I was stressed with cleaning everything out, she was handling our selling needs, which took a lot of stress off my shoulders. I found Yvonne to be a savvy agent, there were no similar comps for the area, and while she provided the best examples of recent sales, she worked very hard to not set any pricing expectations before the auction. We had an awesome outcome that we could never have achieved by ourselves. I can definitely recommend Yvonne to help sell a property in the Rooty Hill region.

This is the second property Chris has sold for us. We were so impressed by his professionalism, selling technique and regular updates during the sale of the first property we did not hesitate to enlist his help again. The result this time more than exceeded our expectations. Chris will always put in 110% to ensure he gets the best result for his client. Again, we could not recommend him highly enough.
