I was always going to choose Colin, I have known him for many years as we were selling Mum's home he was her choice also. He is very friendly, knowledgable, no nonsense and down to earth. He gave sound advice. He didn't stress me in anyway. I felt like I was in good hands. When I met Yvonne she immediately made me feel at ease and on the actual auction day.
