After struggling to sell this property for some time, luckily David got in touch with us an offered his services. We were reluctant initially based on our not so great experience previously, but David was amazing and every step of the process was explained and transparent. The property was sold after the first open house and we were thrilled. We would definitely recommend David to any seller in the area as were extremely happy with the result.

David put me at ease and explained all I needed when we met on 4th May. The property was listed the following week and within a couple of days David had a genuine buyer for me. His skill enabled me to get the top price I wanted and also a happy purchaser and we settled early. A win for everyone and a smile on my face. Thank you David - I would highly recommend David.

SOLD at 1st open house with higher than expected sale price. As vacant possession was a priority, David needed to work very hard to defuse tactics used by tenant to delay settlement.

This a deceased estate sale held up by Probate. The market is peaking and David advised us how to move quickly. Within a week he had photos, video and drone shots up online. David arranged two open for inspections straight away on consecutive Saturdays. The following Saturday we went to auction with a reserve of $1.6 million and with David as auctioneer we achieved a sale at $2 million - $400K over the reserve. To say we were over the moon would be an understatement. Absolutely spot on with every aspect of the sale with total communication all the way through. A truely professional approach made the whole experience easy but also very exciting!! The best.
