This a deceased estate sale held up by Probate. The market is peaking and David advised us how to move quickly. Within a week he had photos, video and drone shots up online. David arranged two open for inspections straight away on consecutive Saturdays. The following Saturday we went to auction with a reserve of $1.6 million and with David as auctioneer we achieved a sale at $2 million - $400K over the reserve. To say we were over the moon would be an understatement. Absolutely spot on with every aspect of the sale with total communication all the way through. A truely professional approach made the whole experience easy but also very exciting!! The best.

He sold my properties quickly and he prepared all the resources, signed contract with me, prepared the photos and posted advertisement in realestate.com.au before open home, answered customers enquires and gave customers feedback, gave customers all of the details to sell my property.
