i found him pretty dogie, when first and final inspection were done for the house i bought, he hid the broken window in master bedroom and kitchen, also damage blind was put on and good one taken off and didn't bother telling me, also only gave me 1 key, on request he said he will check with owner and get back but never did, i ended up changing all locks given that i suspected they kept the keys.

In April of 2016, I sold my house through David Frendo and R&W Rooty Hill. The house was sold within the price range that was set and in a quick turn around period. I approached David to assist in selling the property as I had dealt with him in the past in purchasing an investment property and I found David to be professional and have a great knowledge of the market in my area.
