Chris has an immense knowledge on the local market, He provides the actual appraisal based on the recent sales happened in the area and appraisal will be realistic. He is upfront in saying that what he can achieve and the plan of action. Though the appraisal is realistic, I have seen him delivering more value than the appraisal of the property. Happily satisfied with his efforts and services as a Vendor. I would highly recommend him for a Sales Agent in St Clair and Erskine Park.
