Chris was professional in handling all matters. From the first inspection to bidding & going through the cooling off period was not stressful at all, due to Chris assisting us in the process & also recommending vendors to complete building & pest reports. Chris was always available every time we had a question or wanted to come by the house to inspect a few things, Chris made sure we were looked after & had always organised to make time for our requests. Chris was easy to deal with. He has a great knowledge of selling properties in the St Clair and Erskine Park areas. The property was sold at the first open house but it was a rather difficult process to achieve the unconditional sale during the cooling off period with numerous negotiations with the purchasers requesting variations and amendments to the contract and extensions to the cooling off period. So quite stressful but Chris kept us informed all the way. His communication during the whole process was great.
