With previously working in the real estate industry I have been around MANY agents who blow smoke and offer the impossible. Chris is the most hardworking, honest and trusting agent you could choose to sell your home. He will always be realistic but aim to achieve the best possible price. He works ridiculous hours and will not go home till the job is done.
