We had been looking at buying a house in the St Clair area for some months without success. We dealt with a number of agents along the way and Chris was by far, the most helpful and professional agent we encountered. From the moment I called Chris midweek to enquire about inspecting a property (which we were unsuccessful on) he was friendly, engaging and more than happy to go above and beyond to give me the information I needed. He took the time to have a chat and understand what we were looking for; what areas, house particulars etc, but also who we were (i.e. a young family looking to relocate). His understanding of what we were looking for was spot on and we were lucky enough to purchase the property. During the bidding process Chris was professional and informative. I knew from the get go what was expected of me (i.e. how to bid) and what Chris was going to do in return (when he would provide feedback). It was seamless and stress free. From the moment we were successful Chris has continued to go above and beyond his responsibilities as an Agent in helping us facilitate the cooling off period, access to the property for sizing up as well as conversations around local amenities and his thoughts on what would be good for my children in the area. If we had more agents who operated in the same way as Chris the house buying process would be much more enjoyable.
