Yvonne’s professionalism was outstanding. This property had been held by us for a number of years while we resided out of state. Due to the CoVid lockdown we could not get back to prepare the property for sale/ Yvonne reviewed the property and offered some suggestions. She then assisted us to organise trades to attend to some issues. Nothing was too much trouble and she followed up frequently. We started off with a price that I suggested ( too high), on her recommendation we dropped the price but eventually attained the sale price close to mine. I thought it was an outstanding achievement after only one open day and all tied up prior to Christmas. I could not recommend Yvonne more highly.

We had been looking at buying a house in the St Clair area for some months without success. We dealt with a number of agents along the way and Chris was by far, the most helpful and professional agent we encountered. From the moment I called Chris midweek to enquire about inspecting a property (which we were unsuccessful on) he was friendly, engaging and more than happy to go above and beyond to give me the information I needed. He took the time to have a chat and understand what we were looking for; what areas, house particulars etc, but also who we were (i.e. a young family looking to relocate). It was refreshing to speak with an agent who genuinely seemed like he wanted to help me find what I was looking for. His knowledge of the local area was amazing and he was able to inform us of the schools/day care near the properties we were looking at. I later found out that he was a St Clair local which made complete sense as he knew the entire area back to front. We were unlucky to miss out on the first property we inspected with Chris, but due to his ability to strike up a relationship over a transaction we got to chatting further and he advised me of a property due to go on the market next week. His understanding of what we were looking for was spot on and we were lucky enough to purchase the property. During the bidding process Chris was professional and informative. I knew from the get go what was expected of me (i.e. how to bid) and what Chris was going to do in return (when he would provide feedback). It was seamless and stress free. From the moment we were successful Chris has continued to go above and beyond his responsibilities as an Agent in helping us facilitate the cooling off period, access to the property for sizing up as well as conversations around local amenities and his thoughts on what would be good for my children in the area. If we had more agents who operated in the same way as Chris the house buying process would be much more enjoyable.
