Yvonne’s professionalism was outstanding. This property had been held by us for a number of years while we resided out of state. Due to the CoVid lockdown we could not get back to prepare the property for sale/ Yvonne reviewed the property and offered some suggestions. We started off with a price that I suggested ( too high), on her recommendation we dropped the price but eventually attained the sale price close to mine.
