Parting with your home is a big thing lots of memories and all your hard work you leave behind. I loved the way Yvonne praised my home and complimented it and the way she presented and sold my home to the prospective buyers. She was constantly keeping me updated with everything all follow ups I didn't have to chase her up once . The most importatnt thing you want from your agent is that they are working for you not the buyer, and that is what I felt. Chris's knowledge of the code and policies is second to none. He walked us through the process from start to finish. Reported back to us daily on the progress of interested buyers and queries he had received. Always presented himself professionally and treated us with utmost respect at all times. Nothing was a problem and no question or inquiry from us was too small. Always on time for open house and gave us excellent feedback from any prospective buyers within a few hours after the open house had finished. We honestly cannot rate Chris high enough.
