He provided us with the information we needed and a bit more (but not too much) which I found to be a very good insight into the potential future sales process. After that initial meeting my mum said she’d be happy to use him as the agent when she did decide to sell her house. I was in agreement with her, and even more so when I discovered Chris is a person of his word. So when the time came to sell, the decision to go with Chris and his team was relatively easy. They went through the sales process in detail and answered all our questions. Throughout the sale process Chris was in contact with regular updates, and everything went as planned. A few things came up during the settlement period that were unexpected but that was more to do with me being completely inexperienced as a seller. Chris explained these things to me when they arose. After discussing the price, the timing and the process he was able to negotiate a very favourable outcome for us. Chris was helpful all the way through, from waiting for us to get the house ready, advice before the sale, and up to the end of the sale process. He let us know that he was only a phone call away for any questions that may come up whilst waiting for the open house and afterwards.
