During the inspection Chris showed great knowledge of the area, having lived in the area for a number of years and was helpful in answering any questions I had. After the offer was made, Chris was really quick with getting everything moving and ensuring that I understood everything and that if I had any questions or concerns, he was there to help with them. We have been keeping in touch with the market and Chris for years, and when we finally decided to take the plunge, we put our house online, then in walked COVID 19. It was a time of uncertainty for everything but Chris kept us up to date every single day. At no point did we feel stressed or anxious as he eased any concerns before we even thought them. We had a certain amount in mind, and where other agents would of talked us out of it, Chris gave us his advice and supported whatever we wanted to do (we are a stubborn two), every step of the way. He went above and beyond to ensure our goal was achieved and we are over the moon with the result! We sold on first inspection, and deal was done within hours!!
