Yvonne sold our property

Yvonne came across very confident and sold our home on the first open house. However we found Yvonne's attitude to people not being able to attend the open house unreasonable. We also found that Yvonne contradicted things that she told us re the open day and we feel like she would tell us anything to get us to sign paperwork asap. We know that a couple of people were shocked when we said our house was under offer as they said to us they had called Yvonne and didn’t get a return phone call from her. These people could have been buyers that we missed out on. Yvonne takes up to much time in showing other houses that have sold and are for sale we were only worried about our property not others.
