We recently purchased a property for which Paul was the representing real estate agent. Throughout the campaign period, Paul was exceptionally wonderful to deal with. He displayed the utmost professionalism and was always timely in addressing any questions or requests we had. Paul provided a great deal of support and his approach to the sale was second to none. He was always friendly in our interactions and provided honest feedback throughout the sale process. We really appreciate Paul's efforts and would highly recommend him as an agent if you are looking to sell your property. In a cut throat real estate industry, it is very refreshing to come across a genuine real estate agent who not only takes pride in his work but is a 'people' person with everyone's best interests at heart. We couldn't have been happier to purchase our property from Paul and the team at Richardson & Wrench. Well done!

Paul was professional, consistent and thorough, reassuringly guiding me through every step of the process. After inspections ,Paul promptly conveyed comprehensive feedback regarding potential buyer interest , their varied inquiries and sale price expectations. Paul’s market research was thorough and this combined with his diligent sale campaign resulted in a very pleasing outcome. I do not believe that Paul could have done anymore to ensure the sale of my property at a very satisfactory price. A most satisfying experience and result.
