We were greatly impressed with Paul and Adrian's patience and understanding during the sale process of our property. We chose an off-market approach in the midst of a declining market/rising interest rates which gradually led us to move towards preparing our home for rental purposes instead of selling. This led to a prolonged timeline which made access difficult for Paul/Adrian and potential buyers as we were in the midst of packing and preparing the house for potential tenants with a number of minor maintenance works. They were very patient and supportive of our 'dilemma' and never pushed us with a 'hard sell' approach we have encountered with other agents. They persevered with seeking potential buyers with the aim of identifying someone closer to our valuation. This perseverance eventually paid off when Adrian identified an interested buyer who trusted him to the extent of submitting an initial offer prior to inspecting the house. This was quite timely as were about to move out of the house within a few weeks and rent it out for a couple of years. Paul and Adrian clearly display a great understanding of customer focus. This revolves around regular and clear communication, listening to the customer expectations; all whilst professionally sharing their expertise and understanding of current market conditions. We never felt pressured to make any decision we weren't comfortable with. Whilst we appreciate sales are the ultimate measure of success for agents, Paul and Adrian also understand that building good relationships that nurture trust with people will eventually lead to long term productive business rather than a quick one-off approach many agents use. We are confident this approach will serve them well even during market turn downs. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Paul and Adrian to prospective vendors.
