In 1991 at the age of 24, Mark opened Richardson & Wrench Rockdale. At the time he was one of the youngest franchisees ever in the Richardson & Wrench network. He has 28 years experience in the real estate industry. A Licensed Real Estate Agent, Justice of the Peace and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, he is experienced in all facets of the real estate industry including sales, management, leasing and project marketing of residential, commercial and industrial properties. He has an honest, straight-forward approach to all business dealings and as a principal representative to the Real Estate Institute, insists on the highest standard of ethics from both himself and his staff. Sold my 2 bedroom apartment in Wolli creek

Great agent with excellent local knowledge. I sold my apartment during COVID and Nick worked hard during a difficult period. Always kept me well informed during the process. Nick also helped out with renting the property during COVID which really helped. I highly recommend Nick.

Sale in 7 days!

Extremely professional agent in Wolli Creek

Our 3 bedrooms unit at Wolli Creek was sold after the first open house. From our first meeting with Nick, he explained thoroughly the price range, marketing strategy and other procedures. His non-pushy attitude but very effective and gentle way was attractive to us and to the buyer too. We highly recommend Nick of R&W to any perspective sellers, he will do an amazing job!!!

Thank you for a good experience

Nick is an experienced and knowledgeable agent who did a great job promoting the property and getting the buyers interested.
