RCRE property management team (Linda, Wendy and the rest of the team) went over and beyond to lease our Superannuation property in Calderwood. The brand new property was unfortunately delivered to us with more than 40 defects and problems that from inspecting them to list them and following up with the building company till they got addressed and fixed, we as the owners had close to No Involvement. The experience with both Linda and Wendy in the management of our exiting tenants was excellent. There were issues with the tenants having caused some damage and not left the property in a suitable condition. The way they took total control of the tenant and repairs and damages was excellent ensuring that the tenant took financial responsibility of their repairs and cleaning and payment of the final rent. Their communication was also top drawer, ensuring that we knew what was going on the whole time both verbally but with an email trail too.
