Any request I made was promptly dealt with and there was always consultation in every area of the management of my property. Right Choice Real Estate is a professional and efficient organisation. All team members were respectful of all my needs. Tarryn Caton looked after my property for 6 years and 4 months I have nothing but praise for her and I would recommend her every time. I must also mention Kim and Kylie who handled the financials and the selling side when I recently sold my property. Although I don’t know the names of all the reception staff they were all professional in their dealings with me over the phone. The Team at Right Choice did a great job in sorting out the change of tenancy at our property in Shell Cove. They arranged all the outgoing requirements such as cleaning and bond management. In addition they promptly arranged for advertising and letting of a new tenant within days of the prior tenant departure. They negotiated a new lease on our behalf at increased rent. We are very satisfied with RCE and would recommend them to any prospective landlord.
