During the inspection of the rental property the staff member was very friendly and welcoming. Along with this the communication via email and over the phone to help us through the application process was very helpful. When we were approved for the rental property the staff member at reception was very polite, helpful and friendly. The staff member who organised the keys for the property and explained the lease agreement was also very clear and friendly as well. Communication afterwards regarding filling out the condition report in a timely manner and how to pay the rent was clear. Overall, very friendly and welcoming staff and excellent communication.
