Anthony's knowledge of the local area enabled us to list our property at the right price and we sold within a week of listing. We were kept in the loop every step of the way, and nothing was any trouble, going above and beyond when necessary.

Despite knowing Anthony for sometime I am constantly reminded of how good of an agent he is. From his market knowledge to being direct to his clients, Anthony always gave the confidence that the house would sell. I would and have recommended Anthony to friends and family. We will continue to use Anthony with our properties!!!!

Excellent in every way. Very impressed from the moment I met him. He was extremely professional and efficient in the sale of my house. As it was a quick sale I didn't go through the normal Open House but I am certain it would have been handled at a very high standard by Mark. If I could give a score out of 10 it would be an 11.

🏡 This was my biggest financial decision. As a novice, cautious & intuitive home buyer, Adam helped me navigate the timelines and processes for my 1st home purchase which was also the only house I had ever inspected. This risky deceased contract without cooling off period nor approved finances would have never been such a fast, successful, happy & smooth purchase without my initial faith in Adam 🤝🤞👍. 🤩 The highlights of my experience: 🌟* Highly trustworthy 🌟* Consistently under promised & over delivered, including in providing services, timeline & price 🌟* Good communication & supporting my expectations 🌟* Exceptional service, far beyond industry standard 🌟* Seamless service [between different departments and even for the few days that Adam was away] 🌟* Great assistance, Anna, & team 🌟* Friendly, professional and caring 🌟* Resourceful and skillful, for example, able to get reports or link you with building & pest inspectors, lawyers, utility services, etc; saving sensetive precious time & taking away the hassle and stress of looking for them 🌟* Accommodating-I had unpredictable shifts up to 18 hours per day, lived far away and was super busy 😎👌 3 months after moving in, I'm still very happy with both the quality and the price of the house. 🥰 I was blessed with a unique opportunity, generous sellers, great lawyer and resourceful family & friends, but non of that would have mattered if it wasn't for the awesome efforts of Adam Gromek and his team who made my dream come true even better than imagined! Thank you for everything, you're the best anyone could wish for! 😃👍

As my husband works away I was the one that had to do all the talking to Adam. I found Adam very easy to talk to and I felt I could ask any question and he was able to clarify for me. Adam also kept me up to date every step of the way.
