We would highly recommend Josh to anyone looking at selling or buying. Josh went above and beyond for us to find the perfect house more than we ever expected any agent to do. Josh took time out of his afternoon to drive us around Calderwood to show us houses that he knew would suit out needs and then came back out that night so we could show our parents the shortlist of houses. We have not had to chase Josh up for anything he has been right on top of it all which has made this whole experience a lot less stressful. Originally I was interested a property in Flinders. It had a deposit taken but the office staff emailed info of other similar properties on their list. Josh King showed us around Calderwood properties at short notice and we settled on Pony drive which was at that stage a couple of weeks from completion.
