Anthony enthusiastically took on the task of selling a very old original home which was outside his area, and achieved a sale in great time. I was particularly happy that he understood my request for a 'No Bullshit' policy, and along with his PA Kylie, worked hard to keep me informed of Real offers by providing written details of all bids received. Anthony had been recommended to me by a friend, and I'm glad I took up that recommendation. A word too about Kylie - she was knowledgeable, friendly, and reliable and is a huge asset to Anthony and Right Choice.

We would highly recommend Josh to anyone looking at selling or buying. Josh went above and beyond for us to find the perfect house more than we ever expected any agent to do. Josh took time out of his afternoon to drive us around Calderwood to show us houses that he knew would suit out needs and then came back out that night so we could show our parents the shortlist of houses. We have not had to chase Josh up for anything he has been right on top of it all which has made this whole experience a lot less stressful. We cannot thank Josh enough for his help and support through this experience.

Originally I was interested a property in Flinders. It had a deposit taken but the office staff emailed info of other similar properties on their list. Josh King showed us around Calderwood properties at short notice and we settled on Pony drive which was at that stage a couple of weeks from completion. I have found Josh pleasant to deal with and always accessible. We are 4 weeks from settlement and the legals etc have been pretty much stress free.
