Outstanding service
Stuart provided an outstanding service from our first meeting until after the house was sold. His knowledge of the area was a significant bonus and his unpretentious and natural manner instilled confidence and trust. We, as the vendors, were interstate or overseas for much of the time the house was on the market hence more fell to Stuart than may usually be the case. He communicated diligently at all times and was impeccable in attention to detail. I unreservedly recommend him to all.

Best referral Ever!
After a bad experience with another agency we were a bit wary of jumping back into selling our property but we received a referral to Mel from a friend and decided to give her a call. It was the best referral ever. Mel listened to us, gave us great advice, showed great patience, both with us and the market, and in the end helped us find the right buyer for a unique property. He used text and telephone to update us and had a fantastic result in a matter of days of the house being listed The marketing was simple and the photo spread showed the house to its best advantage

Purchased and an amazing property with Warick's help
My partner and I were looking for a home near Hobart when we found a property that had just gone on the market 6 days prior. We acted fast and completed a contract of sale with Warick Page at Ripple Realty. Warick was amazing; he made himself available, took the time to explain the process and what to expect, answered all of our questions and even took a few phone calls after hours. Our offer was accepted, and we hadn't spoken to a broker, found a conveyancer or even knew of a builder that could complete an inspection for us. No problem, Warick sent us a recommended list of brokers, conveyancers and building inspectors. The broker, conveyancer and builder Warick recommended did not disappoint; all were quick, efficient, responsive and reliable. I honestly don't think we could have had a better experience buying our first home. If anyone asks, I would 100% recommend Warick and Ripple Realty and If I need to buy or sell a home in the future I would definitely give Warick a ring.
