I had a great first time experience renting this apartment in Robina. The property was very nice, clean, and well presented before my move, with little to no dramas throughout my stay. The agency was also very easy and pleasant to deal with, and communication was always straightforward. When it came time to hand the keys back, the process was smooth and hassle-free with no issues at all. Overall, it was a positive experience and I would happily recommend them.

Our experience renting with Rise Property Agents was excellent from the moment we first made an enquiry. The level of communication was outstanding. Rise PA always kept us informed in advance of maintenance being carried out by the Body Corporate in the complex and a maintenance issue that arose in the rental itself was dealt with promptly by Rise who kept both us and the owners informed. Staff are efficient, friendly and easy to talk to and ensure the interests of both owners and tenants are met. I would rent through Rise again. Having been both a property owner and rental agent I would also be comfortable having them manage a property for me.
