Luke was very helpful in assisting us to purchase our new unit at Newmarket. He sent reminders to us informing us of the open time which was very helpful as we were looking at a number of different properties. The unit was beautifully presented, and the advertising material was very impressive. The purchase at the auction was very straightforward, and we are very happy with our new property. His other staff have also been extremely helpful in the whole process, which shows his leadership style in the office.
