I have been involved with Kristy for some months now , whether it be looking at available properties or having my own property appraised. Kristy was friendly and professional. She made me feel comfortable to ask questions and was prompt to find out answers and get back to me if she didn’t know. Whilst the process of viewing the house, awaiting finance approval and seeing so many interested parties was daunting and nerve wracking, Kristy helped by keeping me informed of where things were at - it helped my anxiety!
