I can't speak highly enough of Chris and his team at River Realty. We are new to the area, and were very quickly provided with accurate, honest and relevant information relating to the block which helped us make a decision on the lots suitability for our needs. Throughout the negotiating period, Chris gave us honest and forthright feedback from the vendor, market comparisons and his own significant experience which allowed us to come to an agreement quickly and without fuss. Particularly noteworthy; we experienced a significantly delayed time period between offer/acceptance and exchange of contracts due to difficulties with a particular financial institution and their levels of comfort with rural property. Chris remained engaged with us throughout and saw us through to exchange of contracts, greatly alleviating the stress felt by my partner and I.

The experience would have been enhanced through better prioritisation between vendor/purchaser requirements and wishes. Full disclosure of any agent/purchaser relationships at an early stage would have been appreciated. Actual Marketing Agent had good local knowledge of market.
