The process of buying a home through Hunter River Realty was an incredibly easy process from start to finish and my experience was free from the traditional stresses associated with buying a home. The friendly staff accommodated multiple viewings and were always willing to go the extra distance, which in this day is a rarity and something to be acknowledged. When move in day arrived I was met my Chris Henry with an incredible welcome hamper - it's the little touches that make the memorable differences. Chris' after care service can't be faulted either, furnishing me with a list of local and preferred trades so I can start making the house a home. I would happily recommend Chris Henry and Hunter River Reality. Their local knowledge and expertise make buying a home and enjoyable experience.

A bit disappointed
Overall we were a bit disappointed in the level of communication during the purchase process. A text message to Chris went unanswered and calls etc took longer than expected to be returned. We werent kept up to date during the stages of purchase like we were by another agent when we were selling our house.

Chris Henry is the best Agent I've worked with
I've been very impressed with the market knowledge and personalised service Chris provided in our recent sale. What was really pleasing is that the property sale set a new record for the estate..Chris saw the value in the property over the other agents we engaged with prior to listing it. What's more, the buyer was founded in only three weeks. I couldn't be happy with Chris and the service he provided. I have no hesitation recommending him to anyone!

Very Pleased
On the Whole, I was very pleased with the service from Chris, and all his firm, ( I found Sally especially helpful) Chris went out of his way to market my house very well. (Chris, I think you should cut down your use of the mobile when you are talking to older people!!) Many thanks for all your help and kindness, especially as I was going through a very traumatic time. Friendly and helpful
We bought a vacant block of land via Chris at Hunter River Realty. In all honesty, there was not a lot of negotiation and we didn't meet Chris in person but he was responsive and friendly over the phone and helped us seal the deal quickly and efficiently.

Awesome job
After taking over the sale of my property from a certain person that used to work for this realty that I was totally disappointed in to say the least, Chris & his team at Hunter River Realty have excelled in selling my property in a fraction of the time that the last agent had this sale in their hands. This to me showcases how much they actually care & not just about chalking up a quick sale from a person that was going through a tough time.
