Chris has a deep and broad knowledge of the real-estate market in the Hunter region and beyond. Chris is not your average real estate agent, he actually knows what he's about mainly for a couple of reasons, for example he was a plasterer in a former life so he can make an educated comment on a home having been in the industry, he also lives locally and grew up around the area and has an intimate knowledge of Maitland and surrounds. These attributes allow Chris to have a "no pressure" attitude towards his clients because he can generally answer most questions then and there and if he doesn't know he finds the information out quickly and lets you know, this creates a relaxed but professional and friendly environment for your buying or selling experience

We can not more highly recommend Chris and his dedicated sales team. After purchasing from Chris in the past we came to expect a high quality service, top market knowledge and not just the talk but the follow through aswell. After recieving valuations from 2 other well known realestate agents in the area that were between 20-50K less we were a little hesitant at first but this just shows that Chris not only knows the market but is doing his but to keep it where is should be. Yes the other estate agents would have came through with what they promised BUT we would have made far less.. and the market would inadvertently come down if this underselling became a trend. Communication was commendable, professional and understanding. We will definately use Chris and Leisa again in the future and not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
