Chris and his team were the third agent to sell this property. The other two agents promised the world with an over inflated asking price and delivered nothing but disappointment. By the time Chris and his team came on board they had to start all over again. It took a little longer to sell than hoped and unfortunately with the drop in the market the sale price was a lot lower than originally hoped but this was no reflection in how River Realty sold the property. They worked extremely hard always providing quick feedback on showings and followups and when I asked 'what next' after 90 days had past they came up with another approach to promote the property. Thanks to the team at River for delivering on their promise, I highly recommend them.

We had two properties to sell, one had been on the market for over 8 months with two different agents. The experience with both these agents started as great with all the promises in the world but ended in nothing but disappointment and two lost sales due to poor communication and followup. We were getting ready to DIY our primary residence and although we didn't really want to our options seemed limited. We came across Chris and Maddi at River Realty and from our first meeting they came across as real people, not trying to sell themselves just wanting to get to know us and our home. We said they had an uphill battle to win us over to gain our properties, which they did and we gave them a shot. We are very thankful that we did and during the whole process we were kept informed and updated. Our sale wasn't the easiest and Chris continually worked with both parties with different ideas to work around hurdles. The outcome, happy families both sides of the coin.
