In general I prefer for an agent to run my property on my behalf only making contact if and when necessary although if there is anything important to impart I am always happy to receive an email or telephone call. I have found Reagan's balance in communication to be exactly what I would like. I always feel that I have been informed about important issues but have never felt overly interrupted. Very helpful and kept us informed of the progress with getting a new tenant, During a walk through the property, the property manager recommended some items that would be a good opportunity to do before the tenant moved in. With a tight dead-line, the property manager organize the required service needed plus accouple of extra services we decided to have done while we had the opportunity. Could not fault the services from this real estate agency and would have no issues with listing any other investment properties with them.
