John Birrell is the only agent we'd consider
This was the fourth property sale John has handled for us in the last 12 months. After holding some of these investment properties for over 20 years it was very important to sell at the best possible price in the current market to help us achieve our business goals. John has out done himself on each successive sale achieving a sale price that is top of the market for the segment we were invested in. All agents say that they have good communication skills and will keep you updated but in our experience John Birrell is the one agent we've found who actually does what he says by regularly updating on us any potential sales, by skillfully negotiating sales with buyers who are unsure of the process and at the same time selling our properties at the best possible price to the point where on this most recent sale he achieved a $15k premium over and above what we knew the market price was for that property. As far as the question as to whether I would recommend John Birrell to other prospective vendors, my answer is that there isn't anyone who I know in the property business or who is selling their own home that I haven't pointed in Johns direction he is an exceptional agent!!!

Great Agent with Great Knowledge
I knew from the first that I meant John he would be the right person to find me the property that I was looking for. He listened, without interruption as to what my requirements were, and now has found me the perfect new home, that ticks all the boxes. Great Communication with Agent
John came recommended by a family member. It turned out to be a very good recommendation as when he arrived to discuss selling the property, he came very prepared with current market comparisons, and a sample marketing brochure. John was happy to listen to any suggestions we made, and sent through the draft advertisement before he uploaded it. Looking forward to gaining John's help with our next property sale.
