Not all sales go to plan and with that there is the usual change of tact to lower pricing to 'just get the sale'. This was most definitely not the case with John Birrell and his Thornton Realty team. We had set a comparable benchmark for our property to be listed and we were assured that the list price was correct and that he was confident of delivering a result. We had a bit of a mess around in the first round of offers from a buyer who was playing games to which John identified this and quickly moved onto another selection of potential buyers that ended up providing the price we were after to secure the property in a very fast time.
