Our recent property sale.
John from Thornton Realty was fantastic throughout this recent sale of our property. We were told to put a "crazy price" on and we did and wow it paid off. John gave us an approximate range but my husband and I thought no we can get a higher price if we wait a little bit longer... well it did and we couldn't be more pleased with the result. We have blitzed the current market for a 3bed, 1bath, Single garage and an inground pool. We would recommend Thornton Realty for anyone wanting to buy/sell/rent their investment property. Good job everyone.
