Reliable and such a great agent

We purchased a residential property via him. Usually I am sceptic of agents when purchasing houses (plus have had a very bad experience with one agent in the past!). Todd was great. He was fair and extremely patient when our finance was extremely slow to come through. He was great to communicate with and we walked away with a great experience from him. good bloke

i first met todd years before i discovered he worked in the real estate business. we use to cross paths on our respective pet walking routine. both our pets liked the same park. then i found todd down to earth and easy to chat with. the decision to sell our property happened around the same time i realised that the person's face on the real estate fridge magnet was the same as the person i had been chatting with for years when we crossed paths on our walking routine. we decided to go with todd. after working with todd, the only difference i discovered between the person i had met on my pet walking routine, and the person who sold my property, is that todd is very good at his job. i thank him for his efforts.
