This is not my first experience using the services of Todd Capon as a real estate agent . The relationship I have had with Todd is very comforting during the purchase & sale of my properties over the last 8 or so years. My recent sale I had another estate agent give a valuation which was way under the local market value but he would have got a quick sale pfff . Todd recommended we put a highish price on & see how it goes for 3 weeks . We sold it in that 3 week period for a very good price thanks Todd again
