As I was in U.K. and the property being sold was water access only on the Hawkesbury River , I was very much in the hands of an agent who would be more than an agent. They also needed to help prepare the property , get the necessary compliance certificates; organise to get the property to comply which was the bigger challenge, and generally do a lot of the work that would normally be the vendors job. Caelia embraced this additional challenge and by virtue of reports I have received from my lawyers and others , she did a very good job.
