To tell the truth, we didn't get to work with Caelia much! It was all over in a couple of weeks. We had just finished the paperwork including the spa certificate and the first offers were in. Our house wasn't even advertised - such is the power of her database. Compared with our other property sale experiences, this was our least stressful sale ever. Caelia is a good listener and she is an incredibly responsive correspondent at all hours of the day and night!
