I had to sell my mothers house after her passing. A hard thing to do. Scott and the team made it a little easier. They were very respectful, considerate and professional. They kept in touch with me every step of the way. Melinda and Karen were always truly lovely. I was very impressed by Scotts knowledge of the market and his methods of advertising. Using Realestate.com, Domain and social media. Displaying a high quality video introduction to the property and local amenities, a 3D walk through and so many great photos. Plus an enormous, tasteful photo board in the yard. Not just an agent's face and number. I was a seller but through my experience I could tell that they really look after the buyer also. That makes it beneficial for all concerned. I feel very fortunate to have found such a great team. I highly recommend Mitchells Real Estate
