Excellent agent for Buyers
Will cater to all buyer requests no matter how late, including pre inspections for buyer on the day of settlement and removal of items half an hour before settlement. Will take some time to prepare advertising and exposure to property but eventually produce a high quality advertising campaign.

High level of communication making the process very easy and smooth.
Gave Melinda information of what we were looking for, she followed up with us letting us know that there was a house available if we would like to look at it. Meet with Scott at the house who showed us around and answer any questions we had, gave Scott an offer and he kept us informed with the process till settlement was completed highly recommended this team with follow up and communication was very effective.
