Okay, I admit to being dubious about going through a realtor when I had sold my last two homes myself with great success. Given the current market, I also knew my house would sell very quickly--why pay someone for that, right? With Scott, you get excellent video footage of the home (not a slideshow) and great images. He also managed to snag me a mind-blowing offer, one I would not have received had I sold the home myself. He's also quite friendly and real. Thanks Scott.
