I don’t often write reviews, but I had no hesitation in writing one for Scott & Katrina. Both Fran & I found dealing with Scott & Katrina a very positive experience. We were downsizing from a house on the Sunshine Coast and were looking to move to Hervey Bay. Not only was Scott very patient whilst we looked at countless houses and some, more than a couple of times, I believe he was giving us advice that was in our best interest at all times. But the real test of an agent is what happens after we decided on our new home. We purchased a brand-new house that was about 90% complete when we committed to it. We wanted quite a few changes and modifications to that ‘last 10%’ and both Scott & Katrina were happy to go that extra mile and ensure that we were happy with what we purchased and liaised with the builder regularly. Both Scott & Katrina were always friendly, helpful and patient. They definitely get a 10 or of 10 from us.

This was our second house that Scott has sold for us and in both cases his knowledge of the current real estate market, both local and interstate was exceptional. His selling strategies were personalised to each house and his price ranges were spot on. He kept us up to date on all enquiries and provided feedback, both positive and negative, on the prospective buyers view of the house. I cannot have anything but positives to say on his attitude and performance on selling both our homes and would highly recommend him to anyone needing a trustworthy and dedicated agent.

Once I had decided to sell, I invited a number of agents to look at my house and offer an appraisal. There was little difference in the appraisals themselves but Scott stood out from the others with his keenness, friendliness and professionalism. I sensed that he would work diligently on my behalf and I was not disappointed. Scott also impressed with his general presentation: well-groomed, well-spoken and very knowledgeable. If not immediately available, Scott very promptly returned my calls. He displayed great patience and concern, ever aware my situation, i.e. a bereft widow needing to leave her home of twenty-five years and in which she had been very happy. My house sold very quickly but at no time was I disappointed in the sale price. I believe Scott knew his product and his clientele. I would not hesitate to recommend Scott and his team.
