I have been in real estate for 14 years and owned my own McGrath agency in Brisbane which i have sold recently and decided to retire to Hervey Bay. I have always had a very high standard when dealing with clients and was surprised to find the first few agents i dealt with in Hervey Bay left a little to be desired. When we initially spotted the home which we really liked just from the outside, i was a little concerned with having to deal with an agent after my experience over the past two weeks. Scott from the moment he called me back was wonderful to work with. Everything happened as i felt it should. His communication and care factor was 10 out 10. The owners were very happy and we were very happy. Scott is very approachable but definitely his main aim was to look after his seller's and i highly respected him for that. I would recommend and already have recommended Scott to friends of mine who are looking at selling in Hervey Bay. A real pleasure to work with and very honest. What can we say! My husband and I had flown up from Melbourne to Hervey Bay for a weekend to search for quality properties.
