The purchase of our property was very straight forward. We were able to find a suitable property within days of arriving from NSW to look at properties in Hervey Bay. Scott was very gracious and showed us around the area and was very generous with his time. Communication wasn't high on the agenda as the process was completed very speedily as the property was a new build. Scott did e-mail to ensure the process went smoothly.
